Demo Day Photo Gallery

Our inaugural “Demo Day” was a tremendous success. We had a great turnout with members participating in all of our watersports activities. Scuba diving and tankless diving were both very popular with dozens of members taking part in the Discover Scuba and Nomad Experiences. At our new Sailing and Watersports Center the stand up paddleboards (SUPs) were a huge hit. Members of all ages toured Sunrise Bay on one of our brand new SUPs. We even launched our new Sailcube and RS Feva sailboats in preparation for our summer sailing camp. Please enjoy this photo gallery and feel free to download and share the images.

Sailing Camp – Summer 2025

The Foundation is proud to announce that we are offering another summer sailing camp in cooperation with the city of Fort Lauderdale. The camp will be held at the Coral Ridge Yacht Club Sailing and Watersports Center. As I write, the Party with a Purpose is just three weeks away, reminding me of our first event and ourgoal of 50 guests. We did reach our goal and held a very successful event in the CommodoresLounge, and we have seen it grow over the years. Foundation Log – March 2025

The Foundation Day was held at the Pointe, Sunrise Bay and the Sailing Center on February 1and was a big hit. Participants enjoyed the Scuba for Good Diving, using the Foundation WaterToys, Sailing and Sailing Instruction and what I thought was the highlight of the day, TheRegatta with our kids and the St. Marks kids. After all it is largely about the kids.I have received comments and calls from members
