Foundation Day November 15th – Free Scuba!
Try Scuba Diving at the Club Pool on November 15th, 2025
Classes now available at the Coral Ridge Yacht Club
Your Foundation has arranged for CRYC members to take the following PADI Scuba Diving courses at the club. All pool sessions will be held in the club pool by PADI certified instructors from Gold Coast Scuba. Open water dives will arranged through South Florida Diving Headquarters out of the Hillsboro Inlet. It is recommended that you complete your online course work before your pool dives. Choose your course.
- PADI® Open Water Diver – Suitable for divers 10 years of age and older, this is the first scuba certification level for beginners. A highly-trained PADI Instructor will teach you how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive learning environment. By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to dive at home or abroad. Special member cost: $699 including equipment, online course, pool dives and open water dives.
- Students to complete the PADI Online Course before pool dives. Go to dive shop anytime to register and get materials.
- Pool dives on Monday and Tuesday afternoons at the club.
- Open water “boat” dives on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Make up dates for weather and schedule conflicts are available.
- Alternate open water dives at the beach and Tiger Tail Lake.
- PADI® Refresher – Has it been a while? Regain the skills you learned in your first scuba diving course without starting from scratch. Special member cost: $499 including equipment, online course, pool dives and open water dives.
